Matt Bate is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in industrial process and flow control industries. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Vytl Controls Group, an approximately $600 million distributor of valves, actuators, and instrumentation delivering technical solutions and services across critical industries.
Matt’s tenure at Vytl began when he was named CEO of Setpoint Integrated Solutions, a specialized valve services business, which was combined with two complementary companies to form Vytl in 2022. He led the integration of all three businesses — executing a complex ERP systems conversion and driving substantial improvements in financial performance — laying the groundwork for Vytl’s successful sale from MiddleGround Capital to SunSource, a flow control platform owned by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Prior to his appointment as CEO of Setpoint, Matt served as Chief Financial Officer.
His financial acumen is grounded in a career that spans roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Schlumberger, and PON Holdings where he held positions across finance, accounting, and divisional controllership.

Alex is a seasoned Accounting and Finance executive who started his career at Deloitte, before going on to hold leadership roles across a range of energy and industrial services businesses. He spent a significant portion of his career at Freeport LNG, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the finance function to support a 17 million tonnes per annum, three-train liquefaction export facility. He later built the U.S. accounting function for Tree Energy Solutions, a global renewable energy startup, and most recently served as North America Division Controller at BrandSafway, overseeing month-end close and financial consolidation across 200 branches and five regions.
Alex is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and a University of Houston honors graduate with dual degrees in Accounting and Finance.
Amanda Keogh is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over a decade of progressive leadership experience spanning manufacturing, distribution, and retail. Amanda was most recently the Director of Human Resources at Synsus in Houston, where she led HR strategy, talent acquisition, multi-state compliance, compensation programs, and M&A integration. Prior to her role at Synsus, Amanda served as the Director of Human Resources at both Allredi and Marco Group International. Across her roles, Amanda has guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions, HRIS transformations, and large-scale cultural change. She has partnered with senior leaders on organizational planning, executive coaching, and performance management, with demonstrated strength in scaling HR functions to support aggressive growth objectives.
Amanda holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Colorado and is PHR-certified, with additional credentials in Strategic HR Leadership from Cornell University.
